Subject – Complain by Snajay Thavi about a 3 year old girl child being torture by her mother.

Mr. Sanjay Thavi a resident of Badlapur, Maharashtra who have earlier lodged a complain to
the commission (NCPCR) about a boy being tortured by his parents named and then again
changed his statement to a baby girl named : Siya Amit Sansare, Age: 3years, Daughter of
Mrs. Amruta Amit Sansare resident of the same locality .

It is being observed that Mr. Thavi has lodged multiple complains regarding the same subject
not only on the NCPCR official mail id but on the 1098 toll free number as well repeatedly.
At the time when police officers with the team members of the child line ngo approached Mr.
Thavi’s house, he not only misbehaved with the constables and the team members but did
also used slang languages for them. According to one of his statement he don’t want to be a
part of the case or complaint but was just playing the role of informer and wishes not to be
called upon or to be reached at his house for further inquiries.

When the team members of CHILDLINE India Foundation approached the house of the girl
child, it was observed that the girl child was all okay and not a single thing can be taken into
consideration as per the complaint lodged.

It’s been observed that Mr. Thavi is used to lodge complaints through e-mails on various
issues and has not only mentioned about his issue regarding child abuse but has also
mentioned a lot of instances about him complaining about various issues be it related to
society (the place he lives in) or against the administration branch.

NCPCR has also directed the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone IV, Ulhasnagar, Thane
city, Dated – 07-02-2019 wherein the matter was referred to them for investigation/inquiry.
A factual report along with the authenticated copies of the relevant documents was also
requested to send to the commission within 30 days of issue of letter.

ATR was received back on 22-02-2019 by the above mentioned officials wherein it has been
clearly mentioned that the complaint after receiving the letter O.w.No. 798/2019 On
20/02/2019, to complainant, for called too come police station. Complainant rejected the
letter stating “I have not lodged the complaint, I have given information, I will not receive
your letter and will not come to the police station”. In the same report it was also clearly
mentioned that applicant have intentionally complaint against them & his wasting
governments is and applicant talk abusive languages to NGO Child Line Women Officers.
Applicant weird person and his complaint is totally false.

As the complainant has forwarded around 40-50 e mails regarding harassment of a boy child
about which he has not shared any information about the boy child and then changed his
statement and made information about a girl child instead. However, no action can be

initiated by the NCPCR due to absence of relevant information it is being requested that the
case may be disposed off due to misinformation’s.
