LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CARMELITA C. ROBLES, married to ALFREDO M. ROBLES, both of legal age,

Filipino citizen, and with a residence at 2268 Guejo St., United Hills Village I, Parañaque City,
and with sound and disposing mind and memory and without having been forced, intimidated or
unduly influenced by anybody, have hereby voluntarily executed and proclaimed this instrument,
as my/our LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT;

I. That should I/we finally rest in peace it is our wish and desire that internment, vigil
and burial be made in the tradition of the Roman Catholic;

II. That my/our properties are as follows:

a. Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-277002, containing an area of Five

Thousand Six Hundred Fifty (5,650) Square Meters, located at Municipal
of San Ildefonso, Province of Bulacan;

b. Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-277003, containing an area of Eighteen

Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Eight (18,338) Square Meters, located at
Municipal of San Ildefonso, Province of Bulacan;

c. Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-277004, containing an area of Twelve

Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Eight (12,638) Square Meters, located at
Municipal of San Ildefonso, Province of Bulacan;

d. Transfer Certificate of Title No. 97122, containing an area of Six Hundred

Sixty Two (662) Square Meters, located at District of Diliman, Municipal
of Quezon City, Province of Metro Manila;

e. Transfer Certificate of Title No. 161023, containing an area of Three

Hundred Eight (308) Square Meters, Located at Barrio Ibarro, Municipality
of Parañaque, Province of Rizal;

III. That should the Lord financially summon our soul from its earth abode, it is my/our
wish and desire to grant and give all my/our properties as mentioned above to our
children: RENATO C. ROBLES and ROMEO C. ROBLES, to be divided into
equal shares;

IV. That should Divine Providence will it that I/we die ahead, we hereby proclaim as
his or her desire which our heirs should respect the foregoing instrument and I/we
shall have full use and enjoyment of all the above-described properties; And only
upon her or his demise come into effect;

V. That we, hereby name and constitute ALFREDO M. ROBLES or CARMELITA

C. ROBELS as my/our Executor and Administrator of this LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT, that in his or her incapacity, I/we hereby name as his or her
substitute RENATO C. ROBLES;

VI. That the Executor and Administrator, I/we hereby nominate need not present
beyond;
 VII. That I/we hereby revoke, set aside, and annul any other will we have made, signed
or proclaim.

testator and the instrumental witnesses, and they respectively acknowledge to me that the same as
their own free act and deed.

This LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT consist of two [2] page/s, including the page on
which this acknowledgement is written, and has been signed on the left margin of each and every
page thereof by the testator and his witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
