JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS STEVEN C. RAROQUE FOR

THE DEFENDANT SPOUSES RAROQUE ON DIRECT
EXAMINATION

COMES NOW STEVEN C. RAROQUE, unto this Honorable Court,

giving his testimony for the above entitled case by way of this judicial
affidavit respectfully states that:

1. The herein affiant-witness STEVEN C. RAROQUE, is of

legal age, single, and a resident of #8 Suello Village,
Marcos Highway, Baguio City, Philippines;

2. Atty. NOEL B. CABUNAG is the lawyer who conducted and

supervised the examination of said affiant-witness whose
testimony was taken and held at his law office located at
Room 3, 2nd Floor, Luna Apartments, #17 Naguilian Road,
Baguio City;

3. The affiant-witness is answering the questions asked of

him fully conscious and that he does so under oath, and
that he may face criminal liability for false testimony or
perjury, and hereby declares under solemn oath that:
 I, STEVEN C. RAROQUE, of 44 years of age,
Filipino citizen, single, and with residence at #8 Suello
Village, Marcos Highway, Baguio City, Philippines,
executes this Judicial Affidavit, the contents of which
were explained to me in English, a dialect that I know,
speak and understand. I am fully aware that I am
answering the questions asked of me under oath and any
untruthful statement that I make thereon may subject me
to a criminal prosecution for perjury or giving false
testimony. Answering truthfully, I hereby state that:

1. Q: Good morning mister witness.

A: Good morning, sir.;

2. Q: You mentioned that you are STEVEN C. RAROQUE, is

that correct?
A: Yes, sir.;

3. Q: Will you tell me how you are related to the defendant

Spouses Raroque.
A: Defendant Margaret Raroque is my mother, and defendat
Simplicio Raroque is my father, sir.;

4. Q: Will you now tell me who the plaintiff is in this case, if

you know, mister witness.
A: The plaintiff is the registered owner of the lot adjacent
our family home located at #8 Suello Village, Marcos
Highway, Baguio City, sir.

5. Q: And how long have you been living in the family home
you described to be located at #8 Suello Village, Marcos
Highway, Baguio City, mister witness?
A: My family and I have been living in our family home
located at #8 Suello Village, Marcos Highway, Baguio City
for more than twenty years now, we moved in summer of
1991, sir;

6. Q: And when you say your family, who are you referring to
mister witness?
A. When I say my family I am referring to my father
Simplicio Raroque, my mother Margaret Raroque, and my
three sisters sir, sir.;

7. Q: Now mister witness, will you tell me how you acquired
your family home located at #8 Suello Village, Marcos
Highway, Baguio City?
A: The family home was purchased by the family from
Antonia Sanots, sir;

8. Q: And what did your family purchase from Antonia Santos

exactly mister witness?
A: Our family purchased the house and lot located at #8
Suello Village, Marcos Highway, Baguio City from Antonia
Santos, sir;

9. Q: And what was the area of the lot your purchased from
Antonia Santos located at #8 Suello Village, Marcos
Higway, Baguio City mister witness?
A: The lot we purchased from Antonia Santos located at #8
Suello Village, Marcos Highway, Baguio City has an area
of 418 square meters, sir.;

10. Q: And in whose name is the property purchased from

Antonia Santos registered, mister witness?
A: The property is registered in the name of my mother,
Margaret C. Raroque, sir, ;

11. Q: Do you have with you the deed to show the sale of the
property located at #8 Suello Village, Marcos Highway,
Baguio City by Antonia Santos to your mother Margaret
Raroque mister witness?
A: Yes, sir.

12. Q: Is there anything you would like to add, mister witness?

A: None, sir.

13. Q: Will you voluntarily sign this Judicial Affidavit?

A: Yes I will, sir.

examination of the witness RODERICK G. SALCEDO SR.;
2. I faithfully recorded or caused to be recorded in his
judicial affidavit the questions asked of him and the
corresponding answers he gave thereto;
3. In the course of asking him questions, neither I nor any
other persons present or assisting me in the examination
coached him regarding his answers.
