CARD CMDI INFORMATION DESK/LIST OF PARTICIPANTS

Overall Objectives
To promote improvement and efficiency in any training related endeavors
offered by CMDI with CARD MRI especially in providing inventories of training
programs attended by staff duly entitled by their qualifications.
The creation of a system ( Staff Training and Attendance Schedule System)
that will help each and everyone in making a smooth coordination of training
schedules and participants and making training communication accurate,
efficient and on-time. Also to create a deeper and higher appreciation of
attending training and development provided by CMDI measured by their
immediate responses and evaluation.
The solution is a comprehensive data system that allows each users to have a
real time access for them to get updated in information related to CMDI's training
schedules including participant's criteria, allowed number of participants per
region, training staff in charge, venues, updates and commercials. It also features
online registration for training attendees, training validity, invite receiving
confirmation, generation of list of participants per program and training
cancellation letter.
The system will also upgrade the current state of CARD-MRI Development
Institute, Inc. in terms of the following:
 process flow in coordination of training schedules and attendance of
participants
 consolidation of lists of participants
 confirmation of attendance by the participants
 record keeping and archiving of staff and client's training programs attended
 Inventory of staff 's training attended in line with its completion and
attendance
II. Software Description
The system will provide the following modules/features that will organized
and systematized the documentation and training process flow:

 Online registration of participants per training programs schedule duly

endorsed by their immediate supervisors
 Generation of consolidated list of participants per training programs as
generated by training officers
 Uploading of training schedules and announcement
 Generation of training programs attended of staff
 Registration of new training programs by system administrator
 Deleting of obsolete/old training programs by system administrator

The proposed system is linked with other databases to integrate and

maximize the existing system used by CARD MRI. These databases are:

 Human Capital Information System (HCIS) - where all CARD MRI staff
members' profile are located.
