1. Fusion

Description The rationale for need of IT transformation is


to streamline the business processes
according to industry bench mark and provide
single customer experience across existing and
any new circles that get added on a later date.
Leading Telecom provider currently operate
nine telecom circles each of which uses
bespoke applications which entail a huge
maintenance cost and cannot be replicated in
new circles efficiently owing to their
architectural inflexibility. These applications
fail to provide a single user experience to the
customers across all the circles. Leading
Telecom provider has thus, decided to go in for
a complete business transformation exercise
for Improved Quality of Service and deliver
improved level of service and improved end
user experience.

Contributions  Assisted in test strategy documentation
