Sub: Shifting of securities to Z category

Pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2018/77 dated May 3, 2018 members

of the Exchange are hereby informed that the following company have been observed as non-
compliant with Regulation 27(2) (submission of corporate governance report) of the SEBI
(LODR) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters i.e. September 30, 2019 and
December 31, 2019 and/or not paid fine for observed non-compliance. Therefore, trading in
securities of the company shall be transferred to ‘Z’ category (‘BZ’ series) with effect from
February 25, 2020.
