 Luruskan articulation unit

Center the articulation of the machine

 Pasang steering frame lock.

Frame lock link harus bisa bergerak
bebas pada frame
Install the steering frame lock. The
frame lock link must move freely in the
frame.

 Gerakkan front wheel sehingga

lurus vertical dan pasang wheel lean
lock bolt
Move the front wheels to vertical and
install the wheel lean locking bolt.

 Pasang parking brake. Matikan

engine
Engage the parking brake. Stop the
engine.
Pastikan semua langkah 1 s/d 3 telah
dikerjakan baru kemudian melanjutkan
ke langkah berikutnya.
Ensure all previous steps no 1 to 3
have been completed then proceed

12. Cek Daya Rem (Service Brake)  Tekan penuh pedal brake.
Push down the brake pedal fully

position.

 Tingkatkan engine speed sampai

1300 rpm
. Increase engine speed to 1300 rpm.

Machine seharusnya tidak bergerak.

13. Kemampuan Parking Brake  Pindahkan parking brake control
lever ke posisi “ON”.
Parking Brake Holding Ability
Move the parking brake lever control
to the “ON” position.

 Pindahkan transmission lever ke

posisi gigi 1 kedepan.
Move the transmission lever to first
gear forward.

 Tingkatkan engine speed sampai

1300 rpm
Increase engine speed to 1300 rpm.

Catatan:
Machine seharusnya tidak bergerak.
Note:
Machine should not move.
14. Engine RPM dan Torque Converter  Pastikan coolant temperature dalam
kondisi bekerja.

Make sure coolant temperature is
Engine RPM and Torque Converter
working.
Stall
CATATAN:
Dilarang menahan Torque Converter
dalam kondisi stall lebih dari
10 detik. Hal ini dapat
mengakibatkan kerusakan
pada Torque Converter,
Engine dan Brake.
NOTE:
Do not keep the Torque Converter in a
stall condition for longer that 10
seconds. Damage could occur in the
Torque Converter, Engine and Brake.

Specifications:
Engine Coolant Temperature: 75º-93ºC
(165º to 200ºF)
