Income Accelerator Weekly Bonus

1. Jump-start your business—As a new Affiliate Member, you’ll benefit from our Income Accelerator Weekly
Bonus, which pays you a generous bonus over the first 90 days for all Nopalea purchases by a New Nopalea
Customer you acquire. A 70% fast cash payout is distributed three tiers down and to the upline Directors in
your organization.

The following compensation examples are provided to help you understand and explain the fast cash
potential of this program and the power of duplication.

Compensation formula for calculating your earnings:


Total dollar amount of Nopalea sold multiplied by the Tier Commissionable Percentage

Example 1:
4 Cases of Nopalea™ on Tier 1
On Tier 1 you will have 4 Affiliate Members each purchasing a case.
$139.99 x 4 x 30% (commission)
You Earn = $167.99

Example 2:
16 Cases of Nopalea™ on Tier 2
$139.99 x 16 x 15% (commission)
You Earn = $335.98

Example 3:
64 Cases of Nopalea™ on Tier 3
$139.99 x 64 x 10% (commission)
You Earn = $895.93

Potential Bonus Earnings = $1,399.90


As illustrated in the examples and the diagram on the following page, you have a potential of earning
3 tiers down. However, there is no limit to the number of people you can enroll on your first tier to
increase your compensation.

2. Build your base
Member Commissions

Member Commissions are the base on which your TriVita Career Path is founded. Starting with the
position of Affiliate Member, you can qualify to earn 4 to 21% of all TriVita Member purchases generated
in your organization.

You will earn 21% on your first Tier of TriVita Members. Because Members purchase products only and do
not create Tiers, this generous payout offers infinite earning potential as you will also earn 21% on any
referrals from your TriVita Members, as well as from their referrals, and so on, and so on. You also have the
potential to earn 4% on up to the next six Tiers of Members, which are created by Affiliate Members.

3. Share the success


Affiliate Member Commissions

Affiliate Member Commissions reward Affiliate Members for finding other Affiliate Members. You can qualify
to earn 3 to 7% on all of your personally acquired Affiliate Members’ purchases.

You will earn 3% on your first Tier of Affiliate Members. Unlike TriVita Members, TriVita Affiliate Members
do create Tiers, which is where the true potential of the Affiliate Member Commissions can be realized.
By duplicating your efforts, you have the potential to earn 7% on up to the next six Tiers of Affiliate Members,
depending on your monthly qualification.

4. Deepen your dividends
Director Commissions

The Director Commissions reward Directors for their commitment to TriVita and for their leadership.
These commissions enable you to earn up to an additional 10% of all product sales in your organization.

Director Commissions – As a Director you earn an additional 4% of all Affiliate Member product
sales down through your entire organization to the first Director.

1-Star Director Commission – As a 1-Star Director you earn an additional 2% of all Affiliate Member product
sales down through your entire organization to the first 1-Star Director. This is cumulative with
the 4% Director Commissions for total potential Director Commissions earnings of 6%.

2-Star Director Commission – As a 2-Star Director you earn an additional 2% of all Affiliate Member product
sales down through your entire organization to the first 2-Star Director. This is cumulative with the 4% from
the Director Commissions and the 2% from the 1-Star Director Commissions for total potential Director
Commissions earnings of 8%.

3-Star Director Commission – As a 3-Star Director you earn an additional 2% of of all Affiliate Member
product sales down through your entire organization to the first 3-Star Director. This is cumulative with the
4% from the Director Commissions, the 2% from the 1-Star Director Commissions and the 2% from the 2-Star
Director Commissions for total potential Director Commissions earnings of 10%.

5. Reap your rewards


Presidential Commissions

As a Presidential Director, you’ve reached the pinnacle of success. In addition to your commissions, you’ll
earn a 1% bonus on all sales for your organization. This applies through four tiers of Presidential Directors.

Presidential Commissions Example


This example shows just how much you can potentially earn from a 1% Presidential Commissions bonus.

Doug is a Presidential Director with 3 Presidential Directors in his downline: Jane, John and Sara.
This example only shows 4 levels under Doug, but each level could potentially represent 5, 10 or 15 Tiers
(or more). Sara is a Presidential Director with 3 Director Legs under her and a Total Group Volume (TGV)
of 250,000 and Vita Points(VP) which are qualifying points for affiliate member compensation.

John is a Presidential Director with 3 Director Legs, one of which is Presidential Director Sara. As no more
than 125,000 VP of the required 250,000 VP for the Presidential Director rank can come from Sara’s Leg,
John must have an additional 125,000 VP.

Jane is a Presidential Director with 3 Director Legs, one of which is Presidential Director John. No more than
125,000 VP of Jane’s required 250,000 VP for Presidential Director can come from John’s Leg, meaning
Jane has an additional 125,000 VP within her other 2 Director Legs. This gives Jane a TGV of 500,000 VP.

Doug is a Presidential Director with 3 Director Legs, one of which is Presidential Director Jane. No more than
125,000 VP of Doug’s required 250,000 VP for Presidential Director can come from John’s Leg, meaning
Doug has an additional 125,000 VP within his other 2 Director Legs. This gives Doug a TGV of 625,000 VP.


After the 90-day bonus period, commissions are paid out through our standard compensation plan,
which is explained below.

These compensation examples do not include other significant TriVita income such as Director and leadership commissions.

These examples do not reflect the additional 15% compensation paid to up-line leadership.

These examples reflect commissions paid on new Sonoran Bloom Nopalea™ sales generated by a TriVita Affiliate Member.

which represents the true 70% payout.


Frequently Asked Questions

How do I qualify for Compensation?


Qualifying is easy. All you need to do is purchase at least one bottle of Nopalea and place on autoship. This will
qualify you for compensation for the 90 day bonus period as well as qualify you in our standard compensation
plan, down 3 tiers of compensation.

Does the Share and Earn Program apply to other TriVita products?
No. The generous Share and Earn compensation only pays on new people buying Sonoran Bloom Nopalea.
The compensation discussed in this guide only apply to Nopalea. TriVita does pay commission on all products
in our catalog, please refer to your back office to learn more about compensation on these products.

Does my single bottle of Nopalea™ on autoship qualify me for compensation for the 90 day bonus period?
Yes. To qualify for compensation in the Share and Earn program only requires you purchase one bottle of
Nopalea and sign up for autoship. Many Affiliate Members put a case or more on autoship so they are prepared
to share the product with people they give the DVD to.

Can I place newly enrolled Affiliate Members under existing accounts and still receive the 30% bonus?
No. The Share and Earn bonus is paid to the enroller. To keep this system easy to understand and share,
you will directly earn compensation for your personal referring efforts.

What are TGV and VP in the Career Path and Compensation Plan?
Total Group Volume (TGV) is how you qualify for each level in your career path. The Vita Points (VP) are the
point values assigned to the products that are purchased through your team. On a monthly basis you will
see the amount of Vita Points (VP) that each member of your team team has acquired, and your total group
amount of Vita Points will be your Total Group Volume (TGV).
