ACQUAINTANCE PARTY, and LITERARY MUSICAL CONTESTS & WORLD TEACHER’S
DAY 2016 CELEBRATION
headed by MAPEH DEPARTMENT

MUNICIPAL MEET
 Scheduled on SEPTEMBER 2 (Friday)
 The school will be partaking with these following sports events
with the assigned teacher-in-charge.

ARCHERY - In-charge: Rosalita Virtudes


CHESS - Lino Acero/ Jay Canete
BASKETBALL (boys) -Rodel Almeria
VOLLEYBALL (boys and girls) - Rochelle Almeria
LAWN TENNIS -Lolita Flores
GYMNASTICS (boys and girls) -Arlyn Villero
TRACK and FIELD -Jay Andrade/ Anabel Moreno

 The MAPEH Department will be posting advisories inviting all


sports enthusiasts of the school to see the in-charge for listing
and try-outs on or before August 30.
 September 9, CLUSTER MEET (winners from the municipal meet)
 September 22, CONGRESSIONAL MEET

o Start time: 6AM
o Deadline of Documents: September 10 to Mr. Marvin Melo

o Deadline of Documents in school level: September 8 to

2016 INTRAMURAL ACTIVITY


 Tentative Schedule: SEPTEMBER 15& 16 (Thursday and Friday)
 There will be five general groups to name;
o GOLDEN DRAGON
o RED BULL
o GREEN PHYTON
o BLUE EAGLE
o BLACK PANTHER
 Groupings will be done randomly by grade level. Each group will
pick a group in random selection. At the end, each group will
compose students from each grade level (Grade 7,8, 9, 10,11)
 MAPEH Teachers will also undergo random selection of their
respective group. It means, each group is represented by a
MAPEH Teacher.
 In the case of the adviser, HE/SHE will join with the group
belonging his/her class.
 Each group will be participating in;
o PARADE on the opening day (Sept 15), according to color
coding
o Pageant: Mr. and Ms. TANAUAN NHS 2016
o Banner Raising (wherein each team shall provide their
own team banner)
o PASABOG BOOTH (a booth to be established by team.
Each team is given the privilege to decide on the various
PASABOGS they would like to bring to students as long as
it is artistic and educational as well.
o PLAYGROUND DEMONSTRATION
o SPORTS EVENTS
o LARO NG LAHI c/o FILIPINO Department
o PARLOR GAMES c/o SCIENCE Department

 There will be two pairs to represent each team. In all, there will
be 10 pairs of candidates.
 The MAPEH Teachers will take charge in the selection of
candidates. Advisers may as well recommend.
 The pageant may be;
 Purely beauty and brain, or
 Pageant for a cause
-depending on the decision agreed by the parents
of the candidates, PTA President, Faculty President,
MAPEH Department and the principal during the
meeting.
 If the pageant is for a cause, it will follow the standard 50%
-50% wherein;
 50% will be taken from the money raised in the
canvassing
 50% from the pageant proper
 Funds will be utilized in the various expenses of the
pageant and will also be for the DESIRED PROJECT
of the MAPEH Department.
 The candidates will be entitled to a percentage
share from the fund raised, if he gets the quota!
 The exposures are;
 Production Number (fashion wear/collection based
on the team color)
 Sports wear
 School Uniform
 Talent (top 3)
 Gown/Barong

 September 14, 1PM PAGEANT PROPER at Tanauan
Civic Center
 ATTENDANCE WILL BE STRICTLY CHECKED
 September 15 (Day 1of Intramurals)
7:30am PARADE (by team, by color, with band, with the
winners of Mr. and Ms. TNHS 2016)
9am OPENING PROGRAM
 Banner Raising
 Playground Demonstration
o By team with emphasis on team color
o Each group must have a minimum of 100
participants/ demonstrators
o Costumes must be provided artistically
o Criteria will be followed during the
contest proper

 START OF SPORTS EVENTS


o Simultaneously done with LARO ng LAHI
and PARLOR GAMES for non-participants
in sports games.
 PASABOG BOOTHS are opened for students to visit

WORLD TEACHER’S DAY CELEBRATION 2016

 October 5 (Wednesday) -students tribute/program for teachers c/o


SSG
 October 7 – Teachers wish to celebrate it in Davao City from Friday to
Sunday including the travel time.
 Expenses will be;
 taken from the solicited amount from our desired donors
who are our former students working abroad, alumni, and
close friends.
 each teacher may shoulder P1000.00 each for additional
funding. This may be taken from our canteen dividends.
 the school may also contribute certain amount for
additional funding.
 Activities in Davao will be planned by the officials of the faculty.
 We may as well visit our former co-teacher Mr. JOEY RAMBACUD in
Abuyog before going to our itinerary.
