Cette initiative a été confortée par une demande expresse et concomitante du Ministre de la Santé Publique a I'ONMC, de mettre sur pied une telle commission. la Commission était dirigée par le Professeur Emérite Emmanuel EBEN MOUSSI, associé a d’éminents praticiens pour effectuer sa mission. Les Conseils de la famille du regretté disparu ont interdit certaines investigations qui auraient pu étre pourtant souhaitables (notamment I’accés & la dépouille mortelle du défunt) ainsi que toute communication ayant trait & son dossier médical. Par conséquent, le rapport sera transmis au Ministre de la Santé Publique pour exploitation. The commission, was chaired by Emeritus Professor Emmanuel EBEN MOUSS! and comprised of eminent medical practitioners to accomplish the mission The counsels for the family of the late Barrister however, prohibited access to some key investigations which perhaps would have been useful (notably access to the corpse), as well as any information related to his medical records. Consequently, the report of the commission will be transmitted to the Minister of Public Health for exploitation.
