Introduction
If you sell on Amazon, the Amazon Integration with osCommerce solution is exactly for you!
Amazon Marketplace allows businesses to more effectively have their products advertised and
sold online. Many osCommerce store owners also have accounts with Amazon Marketplace,
receiving orders from these two channels.
This system allows downloading orders from Amazon to osCommerce back end. If the order
status is changed in osCommerce, it's automatically changed in Amazon.
Also, an Administrator of webshop can upload products of osCommerce Catalog to Amazon
Marketplace. Stock and Price information will be updated on Amazon according to changes in
osCommerce.
Configuration
To configure your Amazon in the osCommerce back end, go to the Admin Panel >
Configuration > Amazon SOAP section.
In the appropriate fields, please specify data you need to use Amazon. For example: Seller Auth
User field specify Amazon Merchant Username, and in the Seller Auth Password field specify
Amazon Merchant Password (use the Edit button).
Also, you can specify the Store Name and other settings here.
Orders
System uploads to Amazon such product's data as Name, Price, Stock Level, and downloads to
osCommerce the order data and it's status.
Administrator can find the orders in osCommerce Admin Panel > Customers/Orders > Orders
section.
On Amazon you can find order ID in the Orders section > Your Merchant Order ID field:
...and find the same order in the osCommerce back end > Orders section
(you can use the Search filter for quick finding of the order: specify order ID in appropriate field and
press Enter):
The Order Edit mode will be open on the screen:
At the bottom of this page you can find information about order's status changed:
There are also Tracking ID and Date of status changing displayed:
The same information you can find on Amazon (at the bottom of the Order Info page):
Products
Administrator should create products for Amazon in the Inventory module on the back end:
You can either use the Insert button to open the «search» field, or just find the product specifying
it's name in the Search field located in the top right corner of the screen.
In the Item Edit mode, please specify product's model and quantity in stock. For example:
If this product is not in stock yet, but you are aware when it will appear, you can specify the
product's Stock Arrival Date:
Then, specify product's data for Amazon: Amazon product's ID, Amazon SKU, Amazon price,
and Amazon product's note:
Click the Update button.
Your products from Inventory will be uploaded to Amazon automatically according to settings
specified in Configuration. When the product is purchased on Amazon, the system downloads an
order to osCommerce automatically (again, according to settings specified in Configuration). After
the system has downloaded the order from Amazon, the STOCK is changed and you can see this in
the item edit mode in Inventory.

Report
All information about Amazon Connector's activities is saved to the Reports section of Admin
Panel. To view Amazon Connector statistics, go to Admin Panel > Reports > Amazon SOAP
(Amazon Run Stats) page:
