HV Cable Termination
¨ ESP & ESS Termination Type

The ESP & ESS termination can be supplied for XLPE and
EPR insulated cables within voltage range 60 kV to 300 kV
in all outdoor installations, and can be mounted on cables
with copper or alumunium conductors 150 up to 2000
sqm. ESP termination largely consist of prefabricated,
slip-on silicone components, supporting property is
ensured by porcelain insulator. Stress control unit is cast
on a separate disc with gasket and draw onto the cut-back
cable. Typetest standards according IEC 60840 and
available with different pollution levels according
IEC 60815.

¨ ESG & ESU Termination Type

The ESG & ESU termination provide conventional
termination in accordance with IEC 60 859-1 for direct
introduction of XLPE insulated high voltage cables in HV
Transformer and HV Swicthgear equipment. Available
in vertical, horizontal or overhead versions. Operating
voltage range 60 kV to 170 kV in indoor installations, and
can be mounted on cables with copper or alumunium
conductors 150 up to 2000 sqmm.

¨ ESF Termination Type

The ESF flexible terminations are dry, slip-on
terminations for modular assembly. The use of silicone
sheds makes them ideally suited for applications in
outdoor installations. Type ESF terminations are
available for voltages from 60 kV to 145 kV. The range of
medium voltage terminations 10 kV, 20 kV and 30 kV are
also available upon request. This type of termination is
the only suitable product to be use for HV emergency
cable jumper.

HV Cable Jointing
¨ MSA One Piece Slip-on Joint
The one piece MSA slip-on joint is a prefabricated
and pre-tested joint made out of silicone rubber.
Single piece joint means that all the field control
elements are integrated in one silicone sleeve. This
enables the secure and efficient connection of two
polymeric-insulated cables (XLPE, EPR) within
voltage range from 60 kV to 300 kV.
It can be used for connection of a copper & an alumunium conductors cable with size 150 up
to 2000 sqmm. No special tools are required for installation, increase efficiency in less time
and lower cost for installation. Easy and safe installation procedures and also available in
several design of outer protection and screen treatment alternative such as single lead
bonding or cross bonding. Type test for this product according to IEC 60840.

HV Connex
¨ HV Connex Separable Connectors
The advantages of the CONNEX system come to the
fore in particular in the area of high-voltage
systems: simple on-site installation and factory-
tested components save money and provide
additional safety. Plug-in HV-CONNEX systems
make costly oil and gas work during the installation
and commissioning of transformers and SF6 gas-
insulated switchgear (GIS) a thing of the past.

Copper conductor up to 240 sqmm.
¨ Product Features
EPDM Rubber premoulded technology, no-need for special tools,
no heating, taping or filling, vertical angled or inverted position,
no minimum distance between phases individual clamping by
stainless steel brace. Available in most common design of Elbow
Type, Straight Type, and Tee Type.

MV Connex
¨ MV Connex Separable Connectors
The medium-voltage MV-CONNEX connector range is ideal for
use in ring main units, circuit-breaker switchgear, high-voltage
motors, transformers, capacitors, transducers and sealing boxes.
The connectors on the equipment-side are designed to meet EN
50180, 50181, and DIN 47637. The plug is suitable for all kinds of
insulated plastic cables. As well as a wide range of standard types
