Jayson: Ladies and gentlemen…

Fellyn: The Katipunan National High School Faculty & Staff headed by the Secondary
School Principal-III, Mr. Wilson P. Sevilla.

Jayson: Please welcome our Schools Division Superintendent SIR Pedro Melchor M.
Natividad with our Guest of Honor and Speaker.

Fellyn: Requesting everyone to stand for the Philippine National Anthem

Jayson: Please remain standing for the doxology.

Fellyn: Please remain standing for the Alma Mater Hymn.

Jayson: Ladies and gentlemen, you may now take your seats.

Fellyn: Parents, guests, faculty members & staff, visitors…

Jayson: …the graduating class in their…

Jayson & Fellyn: Class Song!

Jayson: Hillary Clinton said and I quote “Life is not easy for anyone. Sometimes you
don’t see the challenges on the outside, but every single one of us has both those and
everything that goes on inside as well. Give it your all. Dare to be all you can be.”

Fellyn: Today marks a major milestone in the lives of our students for today recognizes
their triumph over disappointments, frustrations, difficulties, and above all, triumph over
almost losing hope of making it this far.

Jayson: This momentous day has come when this was just a dream – once a long
cherished dream now turning into a big glaring reality that in a bit these students will call
themselves the PIONEER 2018 Senior High School Graduates of Katipunan National
High School!

Jayson & Fellyn: WELCOME!...to this 1st – ever Senior High School Graduation Rites

Jayson: Ladies and gentlemen, to give her Welcome Address, a big hand for Rachel S.

Fellyn: Henry James once stressed out that “There are two kinds of taste in the
appreciation of life: the taste for emotions of surprise and the taste for emotions of
recognition”

Jayson: At this juncture ladies and gentlemen, may I call on our very own principal Sir
Wilson P. Sevilla, for the presentation of candidates for graduation, who will then be
confirmed by our Schools Division Superintendent SIR Pedro Melchor M. Natividad.

Fellyn: Ronald Reagan, the 40th President of the United States said and I quote “The
greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one
that gets the people to do the greatest things.”

Jayson: Ladies and gentlemen, to give us a message, let us welcome the leader of the
Zamboanga del Norte Division, our very active Schools Division Superintendent…

Fellyn: …that in the end, they will get what they have been persevering for.

Jayson: We are deeply elated to call on the 2018 pioneer Senior High School
graduates…

Jayson & Fellyn: …to receive their diploma.

Fellyn: We would like to request our school principal, Mr. Wilson P. Sevilla, our Schools
Division Superintendent, SIR Pedro Melchor M. Natividad, and our Guest of Honor and
Speaker to distribute the diplomas.

Jayson: The citation reads…

Fellyn: As your name is called, please come up on stage and, with a paint of smile,
gladly accept your diploma.

Jayson: Today’s momentous occasion is graced by the presence of our distinguished


guest of honor and speaker. And to do the honor of introducing her to us, please
welcome with a round of applause our Senior High School Teacher II, Mrs. Rhea
Inoferio-Gumolon.

Fellyn: Thank you ma’am for inspiring our graduates and even every one of us here!

WORDS OF GRATITUDE

Jayson: “If I have seen farther, it is because I had stood on their shoulders.” Such were
the words of gratitude of Sir Isaac Newton more than three centuries ago.

Fellyn: Today, in behalf of the Senior High School Graduates, words of gratitude will be
expressed by their only High Honors. Please welcome Emmerson O. Robis!

Jayson: We are delighted with your words of thanks Emmerson!

PLEDGE OF LOYALTY

Fellyn: Ada Velez said and I quote “Loyalty is the pledge of truth to oneself and others.”

Jayson: To lead the pledge of loyalty of our graduates, may we call in Lorenzo Z.

GRADUATION SONG

Jayson: Though our graduates go their separate ways after graduation and try their luck
with their different passion, they will still long to see their classmates, friends, teachers,
and even their parents who serve as their inspiration.

Fellyn: So, as witnesses of their longing and gratified hearts, let us all be one as the
pioneer Senior High School graduates express their heartfelt message through a song
entitled “See You Again”
