DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed by GREGORIA C. DOCTORA,


Filipino, of legal age, and married to FIDEL DOCTORA, presently residing and with
postal address at 663 Purok 5 Brgy. Sirang lupa, Calamba City, Laguna in favor of my
family and relatives:

1. GIL CONTRERAS DOCTORA, Filipino, of legal age, single, and presently


residing and with postal address at 663 Purok 5 Brgy. Sirang Lupa, Calamba
City, Laguna;
2. ALELIE DOCTORA OPULENCIA, Filipino, of legal age, married to PHILIP
QUILITIS OPULENCIA, and presently residing and with postal address at 663
Purok 5 Brgy. Sirang Lupa, Calamba City, Laguna;
3. SIMON CONTRERAS BAYNO JR., Filipino, of legal age, married to EDNALYN
LANCETA BAYNO and presently residing and with postal address at 0669

4. MICHELLE CONTRERAS RAPSING, Filipino, of legal age, married to ERVIL

WITNESSETH:
That the DONOR is the owner in fee simple of a parcel of land, situated in
Sirang Lupa, Calamba City, Laguna, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

sub., project, being a portion of Lot 141-G-2, Psd-04-089858, L.R.A. Rec. No.), situated in the Barrio
of Sirang Lupa, Mun. of Calamba, Prov., of Laguna, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., points 4
to 5 by Lot 141-G; on the SE., points 5 to 6 by Lot 141-A; both of Psd-04-007235; on the SW., & SE.,
points 6 to 1 & 1 to 2 by Lot 141-G-1, Psd-04-089858; on the SW., point 2 to 3 by Lot 141-F, Psd-04-
007235; and on the NW., points 3 to 4 by Lot 141-G-2-B of the subd., plan. Beginning at a point
marked ‘1’ on plan being S. 62. 09’W., 5,377.40 m, from Mon. No. 5. Calamba Estate; THENCE... S.
67 deg. 52’W., 25.50 m. to point 2 thence… N. 22 deg. 10’W., 42.81 m. to point 3; N. 64 deg. 37’E.,
36.62 m. to point 4; S. 24 deg. 38’E., 55.25 m. to point 5; S. 64 deg. 52’W., 13.00m. to point 6; N.
24. Deg. 38’W., 11.00 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE (1,785) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

THAT for and in consideration of the common shared filial love as


between family and close relatives and to God, the DONOR has for the DONEE(s), the
said DONOR give to the DONEE(s) their heirs and successors in interest, a
portion of the above described property including ALL the improvements thereon,
free from all liens and encumbrances based on the following PLAN OF
SUBDIVISION, to wit:

the next preceding paragraph that this donation is not made with object of
defrauding their creditors, which to their personal knowledge has none;

THAT the DONEES does hereby RECEIVE and ACCEPT this gift and
donation of the above described real property by the DONOR and does hereby
express their appreciation and gratefulness for the kindness, generosity and love
of the DONOR;
