3-FLANGE DISMANTLING JOINT

MODEL: G3F
General description:

" Material of construction: Carbon Steel S235JR/P245GH or better (according to

EN10025-90) per pipes and flanges (other materials on request)

" Drilling according to EN1092-1 / UNI / DIN / BS / NFE / ANSI / AWWA / etc.

" Tie-rods (DIN975), nuts (DIN934) and washers (DIN125A) in Electrostatically Galvanized

Carbon Steel (5 nuts and washers each tie-rod). Please note that tie-rods are completely

threaded and as many as the flange holes (100%).

On request fasteners in Hot dip galvanized carbon steel or in A2 (AISI304) Stainless

Steel or in A4 (AISI316) Stainless Steel.

" Protecting caps for tie-rods

" Seal by means of EPDM rubber ring

" Shot-blasting according to ISO8501-1:1988 Standard

" Internal and external protection based on Blue RAL 5005 epoxy powder coating having the

requirements of numerous European bodies for contact with drinking water, including in

particular: DGS (F) - KTW/W270 (G) - WRAS (GB) – BELGAQUA (B) – DM 174 (It)

(other paints or colors on request);

All joints up to DN2000 PN6-10-16, DN1200 PN25, DN600 PN40-63-100 are painted by

means of epoxy powder coating (others on request).

" Paint thickness: 250-300 µm (others on request)

" Fully assembled

" Stroke: ± 25 mm. (others on request)

" Made in Italy
