Goals
My Role: The primary role of the Load Controller is to ensure that accurate weight and balance data is
generated, in order to support safe, compliant and efficient flight operations.
My Department: To establish and maintain high standards for the operation of Virgin Australia, crew operating
procedures, training & checking outcomes, and processes and information systems which
support the operation, with the objective of transporting our customers and other payload in a
safe, efficient, and reliable manner in accordance with the airline’s operating schedule.
