STUDENT'S CODE OF DISCIPLINE

The duly registered student of the College is obliged to abide by all rules and
regulations as well as observe all standards and policies set for.

The College believes that discipline is an integral part of education and values
formation process.
In particular, the following are among the rules to be observed, viz:

1. A student who incurs absences of more than ten (10) percent of the total
required attendance in a certain subject for the given term (semester) shall be
given a failing grade and no credit will be given for the subject or course.

2. A student who engages in activities authorized by the College should maintain


good discipline both inside and outside of the College premises. Any commission
offense or infraction thereof shall be given corresponding disciplinary measures
such as: 1st Offense - Warning; 2nd Offense - Suspension or dropped from the roll
depending on the degree of the offense committed.

3. A student who has committed any form of misconduct registered with the Office of
the Guidance Counsellor shall not be issued a Certificate of Good Moral Character
or Honorable Dismissal.

4. Any student who failed to take the prelim, mid-term or final exams on scheduled
date shall be allowed to take the test upon payment of penalty of P50.00.

STUDENT'S OFFENSES

1. Some offenses subject to disciplinary action are the following:


Gross misconduct or disregard of persons in authority of the College. The following
are the persons in authority in the College:
A. All members of the administration and faculty
B. Administrative employees
C. Security guards on actual duty
2. Threatening challenging or assaulting instructor or any school official.
3. Carrying deadly weapons such as firearms, knives, and etc. without valid
reason/purpose.
4. Engaging in activities causing damage to properties/facilities or injury to
persons in College.
5. Threatening students/faculty members/school authorities or preventing them from
attending the classes/entering the school premises/from discharging their duties.
6. Entering the College under the influence of liquor or drugs.
7. Forging or tampering with school records.
8. Taking part in hazing, immoral conduct and public scandal even if it is
committed outside the college premises.
9. Selling or possessing illegal drugs.
10. Engaging in acts of vandalism (such as the willful destruction of any property
of the College which include but are not limited to tearing off or defacing any
library books, magazines or periodicals; writing, drawing or posting unauthorized
notices on walls, furniture and fixtures; breaking or damaging of glass windows,
showcases, cabinets, doors, electrical/mechanical devices or contrivances,
unauthorized removal of official notices and posters from the bulletin board etc.).
11. Wearing or using others� identification card (ID) registration form (RF).
12. Fighting within the school campus resulting to physical injuries.
13. Cheating during examination.
14. Stealing examination papers and/or circulating reproducing and/ or using the
same.
15. Misconduct outside the school premises during field trips, educational tours
and other officially-organized student activities.
16. Creating within the college premises disorder, tumult , breach of peace or
serious disturbances.
17. Holding of rallies within the campus without proper authorization.
18. Repeated or habitual violation of minor offenses.
19. Failure to wear one�s ID, especially in the college campus.
20. Tampering of school ID such as changing of picture.
21. Possessing or circulating pornographic literature or pictures within the
campus.
22. Representing the school in any activity without proper authorization from the
qualified authority or his/her duly-authorized representative.
23. Smoking at any time in non-smoking areas like the library, auditorium,
conference rooms, laboratories, classrooms, chapel and corridors.
