 Magic theme park and research centre

 Aim:

A centre to hand down the elixir of magic to the young generation and moreover
to rehabilitate the craving Indian street magicians who carries on the true legacy of
Indian magic.

 Objective:

 A multitude of fascinating activities can be done here.

 Among these various segments, the ‘Street Magic Venue’ which displays
spellbinding performances and tricks such as ‘The Indian Mango Mystery’ and
the ‘Indian Basket Trick’ on the streets attract visitors in hordes.
Also the building will give an opportunity to exhibit the skills of differentially abled
people

 Need of the study:

 Most of the theme parks in India are only of water and amusement and one and
only magic based theme park is magic planet in Thiruvananthapuram.
 And is only dedicated to school kids. Here in my project I am proposing a park
that can entertain kids and adults with proper devices and secret stage
arrangements.

 Methodology:

 GREY SCHOOL OF WIZARDY
 The Grey School of Wizardry first opened on August 1, 2004. In 2011
it reported 735 students. The school's motto is: Omnia vivunt, omnia
inter se conexa (“Everything is alive; everything is interconnected” —
Cicero). It is a nonprofit educational institute for children 11–17 years
of age, and also for adults of any age.

 LIVE CASE STUDY:

 MAGIC ACADEMY IN THIRUVANANTHAPURAM

 The Academy of Magical Sciences was established in 1996 at

Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala with the basic objective
of upholding the torch of science, dismantling superstitions and for
popularizing magic as an art and science. It is the hub of magic where
the dreams and desires of Indian magician’s especially street magicians
are transformed in to reality.

 SITE LOCATION AND AREA:

 The site is located in the Bhrahmapuram, about 16 kms from Ernakulum.

There we have almost 140 acres of land which can be used for the magic
theme Park, academy and research centre.

 We know kochi is acting as a technical hub and have many commercial

building and IT related jobs. Thus, the work pressure and mental health is too
bad, also the tourist activity in cochin is very high thus we can provide a
magic theme park there.
