I have created and shared with my grade level team excel sheets that helps break
down student data. Breaking down the data has helped improve small group
instruction.
I collaborate with my grade level team when we collect assessment data and think of
ways to improve student learning.
I provide constructive criticism to colleagues who are finding a topic challenging to
teach to their group or who are having behavioral concerns.
LEADERSHIP GOALS
I will develop my leadership in Advocating for Student Learning and the Profession
GOAL: Collaborate with colleagues to identify and use research to advocate for
teaching and learning processes that meet the needs of all students
OBJECTIVE: Collaborate and research with grade level team science curriculum
choices that meet the needs of all students. (short-term)
