complimenting local surroundings. State of the art
smart technology fitted as standard.

Silbury Boulevard,
Milton Keynes
Demolition of existing buildings and provision of
139 apartments over 8 floors. Planning permission
was achieved on the basis of a Private Rental 26th September £2,607,500 Fully repaid
Apartment scheme. Work commenced on site 2016 June 2017
October 2017. This scheme was sold to Grainger PLC
on a forward fund basis for £30.5m.

Hadrian’s Tower,
Newcastle Demolition of existing warehouse and provision of
162 apartments over 27 floors. The masonry and
glazing façade at the lower level will blend with the
existing streetscape and reflect the grade II-listed February 2017 £3,200,000 Fully repaid
print works building opposite. At the upper levels, a August 2017
more vertical style, with steps and cantilevers will be
incorporated.

Cheshire Junction,
Warrington Provision of 362 apartments over 8 floors with
adjacent multi storey car park. A former industrial
site construction is expected to start in summer
2019, creating a six storey complex with a total March 2017 £5,100,000 Fully repaid
development value of £52.5 million. The apartments March 2018
will be open plan and contemporary in style with a
mixture single and two bedroom units.

Middlewood Plaza, Demolition of existing buildings and provision of


Salford 125 apartments over 9 floors. Our development
is close to the periphery of Middlewood Locks, a
large regeneration scheme that comprises three
phases. The scheme includes 2,000 homes with June 2017 £2,200,000 Fully Repaid
1,000 units in phase 1 and another 1,000 units in May 2018
phase 3. The scheme comprises a central amenities
and commercial core with two separate phases of
housing either side.

Westminster Works, Westminster Works can be developed into 7


Birmingham storeys and can accommodate 220 units within
the boundary of the site.. The units will be open
plan, modern Private Rental Scheme style units
and configured around more attractive central August 2017 £8,000,000 Fully repaid
entrances and access cores. The 220 units currently August 2018
incorporated into the design have a balanced mix
of 1 and 2 bed apartments. The scheme can be
delivered in 2 phases.

Trafford site is located to the South West of Manchester
City Centre in the town of Stretford. Surrounding
the wider site are a number of amenities including
large retail parks, Salford Quays with its abundance January 2018 £4,000,000 40 week term from date of
of retail and food establishments, superstores and investment
light/traditional rail links. The site is also in close
proximity to the popular Old Trafford football and
cricket grounds as well as numerous large business
headquarters including British Gas and Kelloggs.
Kent Street Baths, A large residential development in central
