This detachment has accomplished the following during my tour of duty:

1. Pre-Posting Activities

1.a Conduct guard mounting to all incomiung guards
1.b Ensured the completeness of all incoming guards for the shift
1.c Checked the completeness of authorized uniform and general appearance of all guards.
1.d Checked the completeness of operational equipment
1.e Disseminated important information to incoming guards
1.f Disseminated all instructions from Property Managers and Asset Protection Officers
1.g Reiterated existing policies and guidelines

2. During Tour of Duty

2.b Constant patrolling of roving guards within the property including its perimeter
2.c Inspection of all mail, parcels and packages
2.d Supervised K9 panelling
2.e Conducted hourly post to post inspections
2.f Inspected trash bins for any suspisious items
2.g Reminded all tenants to be vigilant and report all suspicious persons/items inside leased spaces
2.h Constant drive-out to all illegal parkers within the vicinity
2.i Properly implemented access control procedures
2.j Visual inspection of trunks and under chassis to all vehicles entering the premises.
2.k Reported to PM and APO all security related incidents that transpired during tour of duty.
2.l Inspected vital installations and backdoor of the property
2.m Responded to security related incidents
2.n Check Inspection checklist of guards.

3. During Turn-over

3.b Disseminated all instructions to incoming Detachment Commander
3.c Turned-over all duties and responsibilities to Shift Reliever

Instructions:
1. The outgoing duty officer will accomplish the checklist before termination of his tour of duty
2. Prior to submission, the incoming duty officer shall have read and understood the entries reported herein
3. The incoming duty officer shall submit the checklist via e-mail and hard copy to his PM and APO.
4. It is understood that this report is final as soon as received by the recipients.
