Arrive at location

2. Take all equipment out of vehicles

3. Set up tripod in filming area

4. mount camera to tripod and check initial lighting

5. Set up lamps in best location in order to give good catch lights and prime lighting.

6. check lighting again on camera.

7. mock film video to get a feel for it and make any unforseen adjustments

8. when representative arrives, film actual video

9. check footage to make sure everything is okay

10. break down all equipment after filming is complete
