B. Technical Information
1. Rationale
Iñigo’s Learning Site for Agriculture conceived as a response to the call of
the Government to enhance the Agricultural production of the Nation. As
the SONA of President Duterte of 2019 goes: Rice and coconut
farmers - Duterte vows that his administration will implement the rice
tariffication law. He calls for the careful utilization of the coco levy fund. He
also blasts the Land Bank of the Philippines for allegedly prioritizing
commercial transactions over funding of agricultural activities
2. Objectives

To provide quality training that is geared towards the

modernization practices in farming.

We are expecting to produce quality products on

all our activities listed above and a profit of 50%
based on the capital outlay.

5. Beneficiary

The primary beneficiaries of this training centers

are the farmers in Sumilao and as it grows we will
limit it to the vicinity but to expand with in the
country to help the Filipinos who needs
agricultural trainings.

FOR AGRICULTURAL (LSA)/SCHOOL FOR PRACTICAL
AGRICULTURE (SPA).

January 7, 2019 a meeting with my Father and my eldest

sister for planning as to what we can do to apply for a
Learning site and an approval of our Father in doing such.
And it was approve in principle and in a verbal status.
And we start on the fund raising.

February 2019 to October 2019 start in developing the

area although its an existing diversified farming but we
need to fund sourcing in order to continue the activities
in farming then the preparation of the area the Garden
the Lecture area the toilet for men and women. And
everything.

November 2019 make a letter request to Mayor of

Sumilao Bukidnon Mayor Jose Antonio A. Villo for
endorsement.

Mayor. We started to prepare the write ups and other
documentation requirements.
