Y PAINTING

All painting material shall be delivered to the jobsite in their original containers and the
Contractor shall follow manufacture's specification for application. If this propotion will be
handle by a separate sub-contractor, the Contractor shall secure the approval of the Architect
before awarding of same.

1. BOYSEN AQUASEAL - #99 Silicone water repellant, apply two (2) coats ( apply full body)
for all washout finish. Surface should be cleaned, dust free, throughly dry before applying.

2. BOYSEN ACRYTEX - Apply one (1) coat of acrytex primer, then two (2) coats of
acrytex topcoat, flat finish; for all exterior plain cement plaster finish.

3. BOYSEN MONOCOTE - Two (2) coats of Boysen Monocote (apply full body) after
applying primer Boysen #705 white permacoat concrete sealer, for all interior mansory
surface.

4. BOYSEN WONDERCOAT - Apply two (2) caots of Boysen wondercoat


(apply full body) after applying primer Boysen #300 white interior sealer; for all
interior ordinary surface.

5. BOYSEN VARNISH - Natural flat finish (lacquer type), apply Boysen #60 Natural

7. BOYSEN AUTOMOTIVE LACQUER - Gloss finish, apply Boysen Automative
lacquer after applying lacquer after applying lacquer primer surface, Boysen lacquer
spot putty; for all doors and jambs exposed to water and weather and for kitchen
cabinets and hanging cabinets.

8. BOYSEN WHITE EPOXY ENAMEL - Apply two (2) coats of Boysen #2100
white epoxy enamel with CA#2101 after applying primer Boysen #2202; for
interior of all water tanks.

9. BOYSEN WHITE SPRAYTEX - Apply Boysen #2803 white spraytex after applying
Boysen #300 white interior primer and sealer; for all spray textured finish on wood.

10 . BOYSEN XYLANDECOR - Apply two (2) coats, sanding between coats for all
media-aguas, canopy and all exterior primer paints.

NOTE:
All masonry surface shall be property treated with Boysen mansory neutralizer before
applying primer paints. All rough woodworks shall be property sanded and dust
free before painting.
