HARAMBE GIRLS’ FORUM-AFRICA LTD BOARD RESOLUTION

In a company board meeting held on the 23rd day of January 2020, It was
resolved as follows: -
1. That Ms Tamansa Sebuliba should be appointed as a board member to the
Company.
2. That another signatory be added to the company account held at Post Bank
Uganda, Nkurumah Road Branch, Account number 16360000001835
and subsequent banking and financial transactions.
3. That Ms Tamansa Sebuliba becomes the essential (second) signatory to the
bank account and subsequent financial transactions.
4. That Lwanga Simon Peter remains the principal signatory to the company’s
bank accounts and subsequent financial transactions with Ms Tamansa
Sebuliba as the essential/ co-signatory to the same.
5. That for any transaction to be authenticated, the two signatures must
appear on any bank or financial transaction.
6. That the minor directors earlier appointed cease to be directors to Harambe
Girls’ Forum Africa Ltd. The minors who are no longer directors are
Lwanga Vernon Augustine, Mugenyi Charles and Ingabire Dorecah.
7. That these resolutions should be registered with the registrar of companies
and Post Bank be notified to affect the changes.
