Last week, I was one of the teachers on duty along with other teachers and there are a few
activities we had done such as selection of sport athletes, sport tranning and also Sambutan
Maulidurasul on Saturday. Im sure all of us were enjoying in these acitivities. But, I just want
to remind to you to drink lots of water because you are expose to hot weather. So, your
body need lots of water when you are doing all these sport tranning.
