INTRODUCTION
The hospitality industry opens its doors daily to numerous risks
and potential lawsuits. Hotels, motels, restaurants, bars, taverns,
and nightclubs all face threats from cyber attacks, injured patrons,
lack of security, theft, liquor liability, food poisoning and many
other health scares. All Risks hospitality insurance specialists are
on hand to help protect your clients. Acceptable risks include up
to 100% liquor receipts, live entertainment, dancing, new
businesses, and prior losses.

Building a cost-effective property insurance program, especially in


catastrophe prone regions around the world. Structuring business
interruption and contingent business interruption programs to
help protect your income flow when a storm, strike, flood or other
risk turns away guests.

DEFINITION
This coverage is used to insure against loss of business income
(including any continuing normal operating expenses) that you
sustain due to the necessary suspension of your business
operations. To be covered the suspension must be caused by a
direct physical loss of or damage to property at the premises
described in your policy and for which a business income limit of
insurance is shown. Under this form, extra expenses are included
and rental values can be added as an option. An extended period
of indemnity provision is also included to provide coverage after
you resume operations until your business returns to normal
levels of activities, up to the time period specified in the
form.Objectives of the study

1. To study the concept of Hospitality Insurance.

2. To spread awareness about Hospitality Insurance.

3. To study features functions and objectives of the Hospitality


Insurance.

4. To familiarise with the use Hospitality Insurance.


To learn the importance of Hospitality Insurance in hospitality
industry.Methods of Data Collection

 Primary Data usually consists of the data that are collected a


fresh for the first time and thus is original in character. Primary
Data that used in the study.

 Questionnaire
In my questionnaire there will be 10 questions.

The information will be collected by customers.

Survey on google docs from 20 people.

 Region of survey is Navi Mumbai.

 Secondary Data consists of data that is collected from some


existing literature.It has been already analyzed by someone else
earlier and is derived from that source. Secondary Data that used
in the study are:

 Newspaper

 Websites

 Books

Analysis Pattern
 Statistical tools: Graphs and Charts.

 Cross tabulation of Data


LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

 Due to limitation of time the information collected will


be limited too.

 There can be a possibility of biased point of view on


these studies.

 This study will be complied only to 10 insurance


companies.

 Sample size taken may not be true to the


representation of the population.
