Remarks on the front side fence work

 One column was constructed without footing (from grade beam) this increase the load
on sides footing.
 The grade beam level
 The grade beam lay without lean concrete
 The formwork quality was not good and well fixed
 As the column and beams were compacted manually the concrete quality compromised
and segregation was observed.
 The grade beam level is lower than the road level on the front side.
 The center to center dimension of columns is different and one column is missing.
 The mortar joint on the HCB wall is not leveled.
 The top level of the columns is not leveled.

Back side of the new building

 The grand balm and the top of the HCB wall is unit level undulates
 Door plastering and special on the edges
 Poor concrete of the columns specially the corners

Fence at the back side of the old block classis room

 The shape of the column capital is distorted and gravity is poor
