Dear Fellow Teachers:

The West Fairview High School Marching Band will be participating in the upcoming Drum and Lyre
Competition at 26th Alay ng Rotary sa Araw ng Kabataan on March 07, 2020 at the Amoranto Sports Complex

As part of our Preparation, please excuse our Marching Band Members whose names are listed below
from your respective classes on February 26, 27 & 28, 2020 for they will have practice at Brgy. Fairvew
Covered Court from 7:00am to 12:00pm period in order to give us enough time to prepare and practice
thoroughly in the upcoming competition.

May I also request that whatever they will miss academically during those days they are excuse, be
given consideration.
