INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES WRITING UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION
1. Students appearing for university examination are called candidates.
2. Candidates should bring hall tickets on all days of examination
3. They should reach the examination centre sufficiently early before the
commencement of examination and should find the room allotted for them
from the notice board.
4. After the stroke of the first bell candidates should enter the class room
in the presence of invigilator with their hall ticket, pen, pencil, rubber, scale examination room or intimidation assault ,use of abusive language or any kind
etc. and occupy their respective seats.
5. Strict silence should be maintained in the examination hall.
6. When answer book & question papers are issued, candidates should
stand up from their seat and then receive them.
7. On receiving the main answer sheet, candidates should fill necessary
data on the front page as per the instruction of the invigilator and read the
instructions on second page.
8. On receiving the question paper, ascertain whether the question paper
belongs to them if so candidate should write his/her name, register
number thereon. Nothing else should be written on the question paper.
9. No candidates will be allowed to leave the hall until after the expiry of
30 minutes after the commencement of the examination.
10.Candidates are forbidden to ask question of any kind either to the
invigilators or to the fellow candidates when the examinations are going
on. Borrowing of mathematical instruments, pencil, rubber etc. from
neighbors should be avoided.

11. Any kind of malpractice in the examination hall will be dealt with the rules.
Matter will be reported to the university(copying from Manuscript, book,
neighbourspaper, bringing any material except authorized ones)
12. Disobedience of the instructions of the Chief Supdt/Addl Chief Supdt or
invigilators or flouting their authority in any other manner /non observance of
any of these instructions , communicating with person outside or inside the
of misbehavior towards supdt/invigilators or authority connected with
examination with in the premises or outside the examination centre will also
from part of malpractice.
13. Mobile phones are not allowed in the examination hall.
14. Any other act violative of the integrity and proper conduct of examination
will also be a kind of malpractice.
15. Immediately after the examination are over candidate should hand over
all answer sheet to the invigilator.
16. Candidate should leave the premises as soon as their exams are over
and should not form crowds near the examination hall and varanda.
17. Examinations of Core & Complementary courses under B.Com/BBA
Programme should be written in English language only.
