COMPLIANCE-COLLUSION REPORT
(On the Order of the Honorable Court dated 03 January 2020)

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor by way of compliance to

this Honorable Court’s Order dated 03 January 2020, states THAT:

1. On 03 January 2020, the undersigned received the Order of the

Honorable Court directing our Office to conduct investigation
whether collusion by and between the parties exist in accordance
to Article 48 of the Family Code of the Philippines;

2. In compliance with the said Order, the undersigned conducted an

investigation and interview with the petitioner while respondent
did not appear on the scheduled interview;

3. The undersigned believe that collusion by and between the parties

exist;

4. During the interrogation with the petitioner on 12 January 2020,

the undersigned found the following:

a. The petitioner conspired with the respondent for the filing of

the annulment case in consideration that the respondent is
cohabiting with another woman and conversely the petitioner
has an affair and engaged with another man in the name of
ALDEN RICHARDS;

b. The petitioner advised the respondent not to submit his

Answer before the Honorable Court to avoid rigorous court
examinations;

 c. The respondent did not appear during the conduct of the
Psychological Examination however, the petitioner was able to
established that the respondent was incapacitated to fulfill
their essential marital obligations based on the Psychological
Report attached to the Petition;

5. Considering that the undersigned found that there is a collusion

between the parties, may we respectfully pray that this Court shall
issue an Order dismissing the case for the above-mentioned
findings.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed

that the above-compliance and manifestation of the undersigned be duly
noted by the Honorable Court.
