 Good Knowledge on Hyper mesh tool.

 Designed a new clip pusher mechanism for multiple clip applier based on conceptual design and
application.
 Created CAD design using Solidworks and analysis using Ansys.
Design and Analysis of a Carbon Fiber Composite Driveshaft and its Couplings for Automotive
Application.
 Designed a drive shaft and its couplings using Solidworks 2016.
 This project compares the maximum torque capacity of a conventional drive shaft over the
composite carbon fiber driveshaft
Automated Wire Bending System
 Designed a high speed automated wire bending system that repeats, bends and progresses
automatically.
Automated Packaging System- Production Technology and Techniques.

 Labeling of bar-code using proximity sensors and continuous repetitive product flow system
Finite Element Analysis of a Composite Leaf Spring for Automotive Vehicle
 Design and analysis of composite leaf spring made of glass fiber reinforced polymer.
 The objective is to compare the load carrying capacity, stiffness and weight savings of composite
leaf spring with
 That of steel leaf spring.
