TOLENTINO J. GIRON, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of BRGY. BICAL NORTE,
BAYAMBANG, PANGASINAN., hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR;
-and-
MICHAEL AQUINO, of legal age, married, Filipino and Resident of BICAL NORTE, BAYAMBANG,
PANGASINAN, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE;
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the registered owner of a lot, is hereby lets and leases unto the
LESSEE and the latter hereby accepts in lease from the former that PORTION of a certain parcel of land.
WHEREAS, the LESSEE has accepted the aforesaid offer of the LESSOR.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the Lessor and the Lessee
have agreed on the following terms and conditions:
1. TERMS OF LEASE- renewal of this contract of lease shall be for a period of two (2) years
commencing on JULY 01, 2016 to JULY 01, 2018 and can be renewed by mutual agreement.
2. RENTAL FEE – the monthly rental of Four thousand pesos only (Php4,000.00).
3. PRE-TERMINATION – LESSEE has the option to pre-terminate this contract of lease for any
reasons, at least giving thirty (30) days written notice prior to the intended date of pre-termination.
4. The LESSEE provides all legal necessary for the operation of its business and provided itself with
electric.
6. That the LESSOR shall not venture or allow into a business the same as that of the LESSEE nor
allow other prospective LESSEE to the same lease premises for the same kind of business endeavor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto set their hands this ________ at ____________________.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

BAYAMBANG, PANGASINAN., hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR;

reasons, at least giving thirty (30) days written notice prior to the intended date of pre-termination.
4. The LESSEE provides all legal necessary for the operation of its business and provided itself with
electric.
6. That the LESSOR will consume the advanced rental given by the lessee upon opening of its
business.
