Important Note:

A) The Lessor reserves the right to accept or reject the application based on the result of the credit
investigation that will be conducted immediately. Any misrepresentation in this application form
shall mean outright rejection.
B) Applicant shall be informed by phone regarding approval or disapproval of application. In case of
“disapproval”, reservation fee shall be returned immediately and unit rented out to new applicant.
In case of “approval” the applicant binds himself/herself to enter into a lease agreement with the
Lessor and pay the full amount of two (2) months deposit and one (1) month advance (in cash)
rental payment within two (2) days upon notification of approval including the 11 post-dated
checks to cover the 12 months of lease contract. Otherwise, the reservation fee shall be forfeited in
favor of the Lessor as liquidated damages. The lease contract period will commence the following
day upon full payment in cash of the deposits/advance rental and submission of the 11 post-dated
checks.
