    May I have the honor to apply for transfer comes academic year 2019-2020 at any secondary
    schools that has natural vacancies within Ticao for the following reasons to wit:

    1. That I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education in English;


    2. That I am assigned in a far-off station despite being a father of two kids, a five-year-old and a
    two-year-old who is currently under medication due to a respiratory illness;
    3. That I am the only one left in my family to look after my 81-year-old grandmother who has
    major health problems aside from her progressive caducity;
    4. That I am consistently reliable and can easily accomplish the tasks assigned to me;
    5. That I have the appropriate qualifications and experience to teach in a a public secondary
    high school.

    Attached are my PDS and other pertinent documents for your perusal.
