SYNOPSIS

Title of the Project: - Dairy farm shop

Objective of the Project: - Dairy farm shop is intended to provide total computerised
information to support for the work of the sales man. Its primary activities are to help to provide
merchants with information and rate card on dairy farm milk products.

Introduction: - Dairy farm shop is one factor that is increasing day by day. It hinders the
progress of the country. The sales man has to a lot of pen paper work in order to record the
sales committed by the sales man. In order to get the details of the particular product then the
merchant need to search in a huge heap of books where their records are being stored. To solve
these problems, the Dairy farm shop application is of great help.
Dairy farm shop is intended to provide total computerised information system support
for the work of the sales man. Its primary activities are not transparency-related, but help
provide customer with information on products.

Existing system: -
– The manual system requires more time for processing.

– It requires more critical work.

– The manual system is more error prone.

– Difficult to maintain.

– Manual system is costly.

– Immediate response to the queries is difficult and time consuming.

– More men power needed.

Proposed system: -
– The new system required less time for completion of any work.

– New system is decreasing the chances of error.

– The system is user friendly and anyone having computer knowledge can
handle it easily.

– Suitability for computerized data entry. Maintaining Dairy information, Staff

information & Customer information, Milk Rate Information.

Conclusion: -
We started this project with the intention of giving our best and doing something
interesting and we have successfully achieved it. If we were able to complete this project, this
is largely due to the collective effort.
Although all feature are not provided the Important ones need to make this software
self-sufficient are present. The project has been successful in removing manual work that was
required to store data. The tables that are created for this software have been designed in such
a way that complete information is given in a concise manner. Few of the function provided by
this software are new records, saved and modified. The software is portable and flexible for
future enhancements. Thus, this project helps in retrieving the details as single go using data
base concept.
