Expectations
- You work as a team, dividing up the workload evenly AND everyone knows ALL the information for your
project.
- It is a visually appealing presentation that demonstrates effort and care. (ie: no sloppy cutting, no pencil
marks, straight lines, no visible tape).
- It has at least one creative & interactive component, where people have to DO something to find
information/learn something (ie: flaps, foldable, cube, etc.)
- Is covers ALL the information.
- HAVE FUN! J

Content to Cover
- Cultural landscape: architecture (examples visually AND explained – 8 points); famous sites/locations on a
map (8 points); burial practices (4 points)
- Religious Practices: most holy/sacred day/holiday; weekly practice; personal behavior (ex: appearance, food,
etc.) (15 points)
- Hearth & Diffusion: map with arrows and information (10 points)
- Data: who, where, when, how many, distribution (10 points)
- Fun Facts: a few extra fun things you have learned (5 points)

Visual Presentation
- Make sure there are CLEAR visuals (not fuzzy and clearly relate)
- At least 2 maps à one for hearth & diffusion, and one for religious places
- NEEDS to be organized = keep the content together in different, clearly labelled sections
- If you have iffy handwriting, type information then print it for your poster
- Colorful à make it pop with background colors, colors can add clarity to maps and visual representations
