knowledge in exploring things, for the guidance in helping surpass all the trials that we

encountered and for giving determination to pursue our study, and to make this study

possible.

The researchers would like to extend their deepest sincerest gratitude to all the people

who helped there in any manner, especially Mr. Joseph Nunag, the researcher’s Practical

Research Adviser who have supported the researchers and shared the effort and

knowledge in order to make this research reality. The researchers also would like to

Abstract

The study concentrated on “An Assessment of the computer facilities of Pulung Santol

National High School, School year 2019 – 2020”. This study assessed the level of satisfaction

of the students in using computer laboratories. This study is a Quantitative Analysis for the level

of satisfaction in using the computer laboratory among students of Pulung Santol National High

School who regularly use the computer laboratory. This study will utilize a Quantitative –

descriptive research design. This study is a Quantitative Research because it seeks to measure the

level of satisfaction of the respondents in using computer laboratory. The pretest-test method was

used to validate the reliability of the questionnaire. Researcher gathered necessary information

for the study by using a survey questionnaire. While five – points likert scale was used by the

researchers to assess the level of satisfaction of students in Pulung Santol National High School

who regularly use the computer laboratories. The showed that the level of satisfaction of the

respondents are satisfied in terms of the physical facilities of the computer laboratory with a

weighted mean of 3.62 and as well as in teacher’s knowledge, skill, and attentiveness the

respondents are also satisfied with a weighted mean of 3.72, But while in terms of computer

laboratory’s equipment and activities the respondents are neutral, calculated with a weighted

mean of 3.32 in equipment and 3.30 in laboratory activities.
