Reserve for Purposes of Protecting, Maintaining
and Improving its Water Yield and To Provide
Restraining Mechanism for Inappropriate Forest
Exploitation and Disruptive Landuse a Certain
Parcel of Land of the Public Domain Situated in
the Municipality of San Luis and Maria Aurora,
Province of Aurora, Island of Luzon, Philippines

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources

and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the
Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and set aside.
as Diteki River Watershed Forest Reserve, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to
the operations of previous proclamations reserving any portion thereof for specific
purposes, and to the implementation of socially-oriented projects and other forestry
development programs consistent with the objectives of the proclamation as may be
determined by the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, a certain parcel of
and by the public domain situated in the Municipalities of San Luis and Maria Aurora,
Province of Aurora, as shown in the Forest Management Bureau Map WR No. 93 with
the following descriptions:

Beginning at point "1" on the map is a point at the junction of a highway and
Kiapo Illio River which is No. 60°00'E and 1,850 meter from the junction;

Thence S 10°00'W, 500 meters to comer 1, the point of beginning containing an

area of TWELVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY 912,970.0) HECTARES,
more or less.

The area covered by the reservation shall be under the administrative

jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Department of Environment and Natural
Resources through its Forest Management Bureau in coordination with other agencies of
the government with the objective of maintaining its usefulness, as a source of water for
irrigation, domestic use and other forestry purposes.

the Municipality of Dingalan, Province of Aurora,
Island of Luzon, Philippines

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources

and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the
Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and set aside
as DingaIan River Watershed Forest Reserve, subject to private rights, if any there be,
and to the operations of previous proclamations reserving any portion thereof for specific
purposes, and to the implementation of socially-oriented projects and other forestry
development programs consistent with the objectives of the proclamation as maybe
determined by the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, a certain parcel of
land by the public domain situated in the Municipality of Dingalan, Province of Aurora,
Island of Luzon, Philippines as shown in the Forest Management Bureau Map No. 101
with the following descriptions:

Beginning at point "1" on the map, which is identical to FZ comer 29, alienable
and disposable, project No. 39.

Thence S 86°W, 100 meters to comer 1, the point of beginning containing an

area of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT HECTARES
(1,788.0).

The area covered by the reservation shall be under the ad minis trative
jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Department of Environment and Natural
Resources through its Forest Management Bureau in coordination with other agencies of
the government with the objective of maintaining its usefulness, as a source of water for
irrigation, domestic use and other forestry purposes.

the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and set
aside as Cabadbaran River Watershed Forest Reserve, subject to private rights, if any
there be, and to the operations of previous proclamations reserving any portion thereof
for specific purposes, and to the implementation of socially-oriented projects and other
forestry development programs consistent with the objectives of the proclamation as may
be determined by the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, a certain parcel of
land of the public domain situated in the Municipalities of Cabadbaran and Santiago,
Province of Agusan del Norte as shown in the Forest Management Bureau Map No. 89
with the following descriptions:

Beginning at point "1" on the map is a point at the bank of Cabadbaran River at
latitude 9°7'43' and longitude 125°38'21";

Thence N. 75°00' W., 1,350 meters to corner 1, the point of beginning,

containing an area of SIXTEEN THOUSAND TWENTY FIVE (16,025) HECTARES,
more or less.

The area covered by the reservation shall be under the administrative

jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Secretary of Environment and Natural
Resources, through its Forest Management Bureau, in coordination with other agencies of
the government with the objective of maintaining its usefulness as a source of water for
irrigation and domestic use and other forestry purposes.

Province of Aurora, Island of Luzon

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources

and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of
the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and set
aside as Dinadiawan River Watershed Forest Reserve, subject to private rights, if any
there be, and to the operations of previous proclamations reserving any portion thereof
for specific purposes, and to the implementation of socially-oriented projects and other
forestry development programs consistent with the objectives of the proclamation as may
determined by the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, a certain parcel of
land by the public domain situated in the Municipality of Dipaculao, Province of Aurora,
Island of Luzon, Philippines which is particularly described as follows:

Beginning at point "1" on the map, which is a point located at the mouth of
Dinadiawan River;

Thence following shoreline in a general SW direction, 850 meters to corner 2; a

point along the shoreline;

Thence following shoreline in a general southwest direction about 500 meters to

corner 1, the point to beginning containing an area of THREE THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN (3,387.00) HECTARES, more or less.

The area covered by the proclamation shall be under the administrative

jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Department of Environment and Natural
Resources through its Forest Management Bureau in coordination with other agencies of

Domain Located in the Cities of Cebu and Danao
and the Municipalities of Balamban, Compostela,
Consolacion, Lilo-an, Province of Cebu,
Philippines

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources

and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of
the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and set
aside as Kotkot and Lusaran River Watershed Forest Reserve, subject to private rights, if
any there be, and to the operations of previous proclamations reserving any portion
thereof for specific purposes, and to the implementation of socially-oriented projects and
other forestry development programs consistent with the objectives of the proclamation
as may be determined by the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, a certain
parcel of the public domain situated in the cities of Cebu and Danao and the
municipalities of Balamban, Compostela, Consolacion, Lilo -an, Province of Cebu, as
shown in Forest Management Bureau Map No. 94 with the following descriptions:

Beginning at point "1" on the map being N. 19°30' W. 875.00 meters from the
junction of the Highway and Kotkot River;

Thence S. 03°36' E., 871.03 meters to point of beginning, containing an area of

FOURTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR (14,534) HECTARES,
more or less.

The area covered by the reservation shall be under the administrative

jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Department of Environment and Natural
Resources, through its Forest Management Bureau, in coordination with other agencies of
the government with the objective of maintaining its usefulness as a source of water for
irrigation and domestic use and other forestry purposes.
