Need of Bizop- According to company objectives all the employees need to be facilitated to access for professional development programs as its need to maintain well trained, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic human resources environment at the Bizops Recruitment policy The objective -Ensure transparent and balanced recruitment and selection process based on merit and best fit with organisational values, philosophy, and goals. Need for Bizops- In according to archive the company goals and objectives of maintain fair and balanced procedure to selecting right employees to the company. WHS policy The objective – Prevent workplace injuries, illnesses and fatalities to maintain health a safe work environment. Need for Bizops- BizOps Enterprises is committed to provide a safe working environment for all of its workers in accordance with its legislative obligation. Give adequate and timely attention to recognised unhealthy or dangerous situations and take required action.
