policies should be compile with the Bizops recruitment, selection and induction policy
and procedures.

Anti-discrimination and diversity policy
The objective- Provide equal opportunity for all the new and existing employees by
protecting them from unfair discrimination in the areas, such as gender, religion,
age, disability, nationality.
Need of Bizop- According to company objectives all the employees need to be
facilitated to access for professional development programs as its need to maintain
well trained, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic human resources environment at the
Bizops
Recruitment policy
The objective -Ensure transparent and balanced recruitment and selection
process based on merit and best fit with organisational values, philosophy, and
goals.
Need for Bizops- In according to archive the company goals and objectives of
maintain fair and balanced procedure to selecting right employees to the company.
WHS policy
The objective – Prevent workplace injuries, illnesses and fatalities to maintain
health a safe work environment.
Need for Bizops- BizOps Enterprises is committed to provide a safe working
environment for all of its workers in accordance with its legislative obligation.
Give adequate and timely attention to recognised unhealthy or dangerous situations
and take required action.

management practice

Objective make sure staff are aware of their rights when being made redundant and
avoids risks of unfair dismissal statements.
Need for BizOps - As Bizops need to provide job security for their employees as
well as to handle in a fair, sympathetic and non-discriminatory manner, when Bizops
required to take any action on redundancy.
