EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Carayman National High School formerly known as Calbayog City National High
School – Carayman Campus is an institution situated in the outskirts of Calbayog City
which caters the learners from Brgy. Carayman and from other nearby barangays as
well. As per Regional Memorandum No. 026, s. 2018 dated January 5, 2018, it is now
officially CARAYMAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL. Under the Calbayog I District of the
Schools Division of Calbayog City, it is one of the secondary schools that deliver quality
education for the students aligned with the Department of Education’s Vision and
Mission. Today, the school has 15 teachers who promote the values of educating the
mind of 391 learners, this year’s enrolment.

The school’s performance for the year 2019 is a joint and combined effort of the
teachers and school head, along with our ever supportive stakeholders and division
personnel. This school’s performance will further be conceptualized in the School
Annual Accomplishment Report.
