SUBJECT: Draft Communications Plan for the Introduction of

the President's Economic Bill of Rights

Attached is a draft plan that identifies general areas of

responsibility during the introduction of the President's
Economic Bill of Rights and follow-up.

At this time, specific components of this plan may be added or

dropped out. Advocacy materials that describe the specifics of
the President's proposal will be in general circulation for
comment by the end of the week, with final packages planned for
distribution p.m. July 1. I would encourage you to approach this
effort, your own plans and execution, with an extra measure of
thoroughness and creativity.
