Q.1. Being a managing director of this hospital and senior doctor, what are your personal
and professional responsibilities?

Ans- I have to look after both of these, my personal responsibilities includes care of the workers
interest and needs, right wages at the right time and regarding professional responsibilities, I
have to give sufficient time to witness my patient with full efforts and effectiveness.

Q.2. What is strategy behind penetrating into a city like Bareilly?

Ans- We are part of Bareilly city from the very beginning and this is my native place and now
have establishing as fastest developing city. We have undertaken comprehensive market visits to
assess the quality of healthcare infrastructure in this region and have found that there is a dearth
of good hospital for Laparoscopic Surgery in the primary healthcare arena. So the Kailash
hospital to bridge this demand supply gap by offering customers quality day-to-day healthcare
services under one roof, at affordable prices.
Q. 3. Apart of Laparoscopic surgery did you provide other service to the patients?

Ans. Yes, apart of laparoscopic surgery we provide special service like LASER OPERATION
OF:-

(1) APPENDIX
(2) All disease related to stomach
(3) Related to Eye’s.

Q.4. Did you have any other extension branch?

Ans. Yes, we have vistaar branch named as “KAILASH EYE CHARITABLE HOSPITAL “at
60, M.I.G, Janakpuri, Awas vikas, Near Har milap Shiv Shakti mandir, Bareilly providing all
operational facilities related to eye’s.

Q.5 What marketing strategy you have opted to compete with the competitors?

Ans- Now a days we are facing competition so we are trying to provide customers quality day-
to-day healthcare services under one roof, at affordable prices and for marketing of this clinic our
marketing teams meet to people in different schools, colleges, Institutions, Offices & industries
to aware them for healthcare services regarding LAPAROSCOPIC surgery , LASER
OPERATION related to stomach & appendix etc. And also related to eye’s surgery.

Q.6. When you have started your practice?

Ans. I have started my practice in 1988 and since then I am doing my practice in this region.Now I have
started my own hospital in BAREILLY.

Q.7 Is becoming a doctor was your vision ,apart of doctor what you want to be?
Ans. Yes , to become a doctor is vision of my life , if i was not a doctor i wanted to become chartered
accountant.

Q.8. During your busy schedule how you manage time for your family affairs?

Ans Mostly i used to communicate on mobile phone with family and in during free time i used to enjoy
with my family in outing and chating.

Q.9. Which type of diagnostic facilities the Hospital offers?

Ans-The Hospital offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic services which include:

• A Laboratory equipped to handle investigations in the areas of- Biochemistry,

Haematology, Clinical Pathology and Microbiology.
• Imaging and Radiology department equipped to handle investigations like- X-ray,
Ultrasound with Colour Doppler.
• Cardiology department equipped to handle investigations like- ECG, Echo Cardiography
and Treadmill.

Facility of Endoscopy included in some cases based on the demand-supply gap for such services.

Q.10.Any message for MBA Students...

Ans. Always remain healthy and wealthy , and i wished to see you experienced, more polished and of
course more mature personally and professionally.
