SUBJECT : HOUSE RULES ON THE USE OF COMMON AREAS

In our efforts to keep Fairway Terraces a safe and peaceful community, we would like
to reiterate the following House Rules:

Hallways, Emergency Exits, Stairs and Common Areas

1. All entrances, exits, emergency exits, hallways, passages, stairwells, and lobbies
must be free from and clear of any obstruction, restriction, or hindrance at all
times. Tables, chairs, and other obstructing materials (floor/door mats, shoes,
and slippers) are not allowed in any part of the common areas.

2. Loitering is strictly prohibited.

3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the lobbies, hallways, fire exits,


stairwells, and all enclosed areas of the building.

4. Unit owners are not allowed to post announcements, posters, etc. on perimeter
walls common areas and bulletin boards without the prior approval of the
Property Management Office.

5. Loud sounds or other disturbing noises are strictly prohibited.

We would like to seek your cooperation in observing the said House Rules so as to
avoid disturbance to our neighbors.

All residents with on-going renovation works should be responsible for all
their contracted service providers or workers as well.
