ACCUSED, through counsel from the Public Attorney’s Office

and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully submit his
comment and objection to the exhibits offered in evidence by the
prosecution, to wit:

Sanny Tecson exhibits on the ground
Abellanosa that it is self-serving.

“B” Affidavit of Defense objects to the

on the ground that
Benjamin Puntilar was not
presented during trial,
hence, such affidavit is
hearsay.
