 3 su bardağı un
 1 su bardağı süt
 1 su bardağı ceviz
 2 su bardağı şeker
 1 su bardağı sıvı yağ
 1 yemek kaşığı tarçın
 1 paket kabartma tozu

Yapılışı
 
3 yumurta ile şekeri köpürünceye kadar çırpalım. Üzerine sırasıyla  sütü,
sıvıyağı, unu, kabartma tozunu, tarçını ekleyerek çırpmaya devam edelim.
Kek kalıbını margarinle ya da sıvı yağla iyice yağlayalım ve tabana un
serpelim. Hazırladığımız hamurun yarısını kalıba boşaltalım. Kalan yarıya
cevizi karıştırıp üzerine dökelim.(Bütün cevizlerin dibe çökmesini
engellemek için)  190 derecede pişirelim. Pişip pişmediğini anlamak için
kürdan  batırıp bakalım üzerinde birşey yoksa pişmiş demektir. Afiyet
olsun...
