Group Coordination

We as an Learning Team firstly has decided to look upon all the cultural diverse area
prominently and actively participating in the society and after an amusing brainstorming, we
came near to the conclusion that, coming from different states, having different values,
inclusive of languages and cultural beliefs, it is tough to adapt the values of other state
where we have to work effectively under a single roof.
So our group decided to pick up the most prominent problem faced by many of the
enterprises in India these days, which is stereotyping based on the state values and
language problem. Since our learning team believes in dividing the work and enhancing the
productivity philosophy. We have decided the topic and the gist of our script but it is
beautifully carved by vivek and abhishek and then the whole team has reviewed the script
and checks have been made after listening, the opinion of one and all. The purpose of our
script was beautifully explained by aditi and tanya that how our script and this roleplay
activity can solve this on day going problem. Further avantika came up with an gratifying
idea how these cross cultural concepts can be shaped in a way that, they can impact the
mind of the audience and then connecting the dots between the concepts and problems of
our society, which occur due to cross cultural diversity, is handled by vaibhav and he
suggested us how we can enhance our personal learning through this beautifully carved
project and he and vivek mutually decided who should be performing which role in this role
play with the concent of all the team members and in the end summing up of whole report
done by our whole team.
