Title: Selection of an Optimal Pert Chart using Fuzzy Logic.
Duration 4 Months

Description:
Software Development can be controlled by the tools and techniques
used to manage the development effort. Large scale software development
necessities an automated process for tracking the progress of the software
project .A technique was developed for tracking the progress of software project
based on extracting information for crashing a project through best criteria.
The Project manger periodically documents the team status reports
contain relevant information about the project and its status in terms of its
progress in the developmental cycle. This template takes in the inputs like total
cost, man power and functional points for crashing a project. A technique for
selecting an optimal PERT chart by applying fuzzy logic is developed.
