ROAD CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION FOR WEEK BEGINNINGc

Expect lane closure and minor delays on US-378 EB between Powell Drive and Victoria Lakes in
Lexington County for sidewalk construction. Expected completion date is December 2010.

Expect minor delays and flagging operations along SC 302 & SC 6 for intersection improvement
activities. Anticipated completion date is December of 2010.

Expect lane closures, flagging operations, and minor delays on SC-6 between Nazareth and Two
Notch Roads as drainage, sidewalks, and curb and gutter are placed and roadway is
widened. Expected completion date is April 2011.

Expect minor delays and flagging operations on Broad River Road from Greystone Boulevard to
Lucious Road in Richland County for the replacement of the bridge over the Broad River. This
project will require reducing traffic to one lane in each direction. The expected completion
date for the project is May 2013.

Expect minor delays for road widening construction on Platt Springs Road (SC 602) taking place
between S-168 and Old Orangeburg Road.cExpected completion date is May, 2013

Expect possible delays and flagging operations for clearing, grading, bridge construction, and
asphalt paving activities along the west side of US 601 from near SC 48 (Bluff Rd.) to +/- 1500͛
south of the Congaree River bridge (Approx. 4.2 miles). Please note that the entire 4.2 mile
construction zone will be marked as a no passing zone and the speed limit will be reduced to
45 MPH. The anticipated completion date is June 30, 2013.

Expect delays and lane closures for resurfacing on Lower Richland Boulevard from Old Hopkins
Road to Rabbit Run. Expected completion date is August 31, 2011.
Expect delays and lane closures for resurfacing on Spears Creek Church Road from 0.73 miles
North of Jacob Mill Pond Road to 0.40 Miles South of Jacob Mill Pond Road. Expected
completion date is August 31, 2011.

Expect delays and flagging operations for resurfacing on Blythewood Road from 0.19 miles West
of I-77 to Muller Road. Expected completion date is August 31, 2011.

Expect delays and flagging operations for resurfacing on Trotter Road from Trotter Road to
Leesburg Road. Expected completion date is August 31, 2011.

Expect delays and flagging operations for resurfacing on Wilkes Road from Wilson Boulevard to
Farrow Road. Expected completion date is August 31, 2011.

Expect delays and flagging operations for resurfacing on Rabon Road from Farrow Road to 0.17
Miles from SC-555. Expected completion date is August 31, 2011.

Expect delays and flagging operations for resurfacing on Shop Road from 0.08 Miles Southeast of
S-15 to Idlewild Boulevard. Expected completion date is August 31, 2011.

Expect delays and flagging operations for resurfacing on Piney Grove Road from Lexington County
Line to Broad River Road. Expected completion date is August 31, 2011.

Expect delays and flagging operations for resurfacing on Veterans Road from Atlas Road to
Garners Ferry Road. Expected completion date is August 31, 2011.

Expect delays and flagging operations for resurfacing on N. Royal Tower Road from Flagbury Road
to Chadford Road. Expected completion date is August 31, 2011.
