Notice under sub section (6) of section 133 of the Income Tax Act, 1961

Sir/ Madam/ M/s,

Subject: Calling for information u/s 133(6) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 in the case of ANIL
LALWANI for A.Y. 2017-18

In this connection, your kind attention is invited to the provisions of section 133(6) of the Income Tax
Act, 1961, which empowers the undersigned to call for the information which is considered relevant or
necessary for the proceedings under the Income Tax Act, 1961.

You are, therefore, requested to furnish the following details :

The scrutiny assessment in the case of ‘SHRI ANIL LALWANI PROP. OF M/S THE
ROYAL CONFECTIONERS, [ACNPL3929L], C-3, SCHEME NO. 31, SARVODYA NAGAR,
INDORE’ for A.Y. 2017-18 is pending in this office. In this regard, for the purpose of
verification, you are requested to please furnish:

1. The certified ledger a/c of ‘SHRI ANIL LALWANI PROP. OF M/S THE ROYAL
CONFECTIONERS, [ACNPL3929L] in your books from 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2017.
2. The nature/purpose of such transaction.

The requisite information may be furnished to this office by 14/11/2019 either by post or through an authorized representative.
Please note that your personal attendance is not required in the matter. Please note that failure to furnish the required
information may invite invocation of penal provisions under section 272A(2)(c) of Income Tax Act, 1961, envisaging penalty Rs.
100/- for each day default.
